Acceptance
By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any amendments. These Terms govern all interactions with the service.
Account Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old or meet a higher age requirement mandated by local law. Registration requires a valid email address and password. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activities under your account are presumed authorized by you. You agree to notify support immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that disrupts or degrades service performance. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, distributing harmful code, and infringing intellectual property rights. You must not circumvent security measures or access restricted areas. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
User Content
All content you submit remains your property, subject to a non-exclusive license for the service to host, store, and display that content. You represent and warrant you hold all rights to grant this license. The service may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You agree to indemnify for any third-party claims arising from your content.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes. Non-payment may lead to suspension of paid features.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time.
Service Updates
The service may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new service. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted only a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringements.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
